Leicester man still wanted by authorities

Leicester – An area resident, Scott Lee Parham, is still wanted by law enforcement after his alleged accomplice was taken into custody. Travis Shaqwann Fair has been taken into custody. Fair had open warrants related to the breaking and entering of Neo Burrito, Chicken Salad Chick, Mr. Kabob and the Dollar General on Fairview Road in mid-February.

Fair was considered to be armed and dangerous. His warrants were for:

Conspire of Breaking and Entering Building – Felony Larceny

3 counts of Breaking and Entering

Aid and Abet Safecracking

Fair was captured by local bail bondsman Michael Woody at 828 Bail Bonds. Woody also owns and operates Elite Risk Management. Michael Woody said, “We arrest defendants who are out on bond and miss court in North Carolina. We offer peaceful resolutions without costing taxpayers a dime.”

There are still warrants out for Scott Lee Parham. Reports to the Leader say he may be in the Leicester area. Parham is a white male, 26 years of age, 5’11”, and approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on his chest and right forearm. Parham drives a black 1996 Ford F-150, with the graphics “unsolved mystery” across the front windshield. He too is wanted for break-ins at Neo Burrito, Chicken Salad Chick, Mr. Kabob and the Dollar General (Fairview Road) in mid-February. Please use caution as he is believed to be armed.
